针对罗源闽光炼铁厂 2号高炉在投产后即面临长期慢风生产的特殊工况,本文系统总结了通过综合性操作调整后实现炉况稳定的实践结果.高炉长期处于30%~40%的控产状态,由此引发了炉缸活跃性不足、炉况波动频繁等一系列问题.为此,操作团队在操作制度上、在原燃料管理上、在炉外操作上采取了一系列措施.实践结果表明,该系列措施有效应对了慢风生产的挑战,使高炉在低冶炼强度下保持了顺行,并实现了燃料比的逐步降低,为同类高炉在非设计工况下的操作提供了有益借鉴.

Aiming at the special operating condition of long-term slow-wind production faced by No.2 blast furnace at Luoyuan Mingang Ironmaking Plant immediately after its commissioning,this paper systematically summarizes the practical process of achieving furnace condition stability through comprehensive operational adjustments.Due to production capacity constraints,the blast furnace had long been operating under a controlled production rate of 30%~40%,which led to a series of problems such as insufficient hearth activity and frequent furnace condition fluctuations.To address these issues,the operation team implemented a series of measures in terms of operational procedures,raw material and fuel management,and off-furnace operations.The practical results show that these measures effectively addressed the challenges of slow-wind production,maintained smooth operation of the blast furnace under low smelting intensity,and gradually reduced the fuel ratio.This provides valuable reference for the operation of similar blast furnaces under non-design conditions.
