随着碳配额、碳关税等一系列碳排放限制政策的提出,降低工业产品碳排放量对于提升国际竞争力与经济效益的作用愈加显著,针对各类产品精准碳排放测算的需求也随之剧增.然而工业领域产品种类繁多,工艺步骤复杂多样,且当前数据监测精度低、策略不统一等问题给精准碳排放测算带来巨大挑战.聚焦于碳排放典型工业产品,构建覆盖产品全生命周期的碳排放数据库,发展数据质量评价体系,提出数据敏感性分析与数据清洗机制,确保产品生命周期数据的可靠性,为精准测算奠定基础,并根据产品的生产流程数据,实现产品全生命周期碳排放的精准测算.

With the introduction of a series of carbon emission restriction policies,such as carbon quotas and carbon tariffs,the role of reducing carbon emissions in industrial products in enhancing international competitiveness and economic efficiency has become increasingly significant.Consequently,the demand for accurate carbon emission calculations for various products has grown substantially.However,the industrial sector faces considerable challenges in achieving accurate carbon emission measurements due to the wide variety of products,complex and diverse manufacturing processes,and issues such as low data monitoring accuracy and inconsistent strategies.This paper focuses on several high-carbon emission typical industrial products,constructs a carbon emission database covering the entire product lifecycle,develops a data quality evaluation system,proposes a data sensitivity analysis and data cleaning mechanism to ensure the reliability of lifecycle data,and lays the foundation for precise measurements.Based on the production process data of various products,accurate carbon emission calculations for the entire product lifecycle are achieved.
