化肝纤方治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期瘀血阻络证疗效机制理论探讨OA

We discussed therapeutic mechanism of Huaganxian(hepatic fibrosis-eliminating)prescription in the treatment of blood stasis obstructing collaterals pattern of compensated HBV-related cirrhosis from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,basic meaning of Huaganxian prescription,pharmacological studies of drug components and clinical effects.Huaganxian prescription adopted therapeutic principles of activating blood and removing stasis,benefiting Qi and resolving massed based on TCM theory,modified in light of the pharmacology of TCM and clinical experience,with precision in medication selecton and rigor in formula composi-tion,conforming to the pathogenesis of compensated HBV-related cirrhosis:damp-toxin damaging liver,obstruc-ting Qi movement,and blocking liver collateral by chronic blood stasis.The prescription could reduce the produc-tion of extracellular matrix,inhibit hepatic fibrosis,protect liver,fight against the inflammation and depression.
