基于自噬-溶酶体途径探讨中医药治疗帕金森病的作用机制OA
Mechanism of TCM Therapy for PD Based on Autophagy-lysosome Pathway
综述自噬-溶酶体途径(autophagy-lysosome pathway,ALP)与帕金森病(Parkinson's dis-ease,PD)的关系及其对α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein,α-syn)的作用机制,总结目前中医药(包括中药复方、中药单体及针刺法)治疗PD的自噬调控机制,为中医药治疗PD提供新的理论依据.
We summarized the relationship between ALP and PD,and its mechanism on α-syn,and summed up the autophagy-regulation mechanism of TCM therapies(containing herbal compounds,herbal monomer and needling)for PD,which could produce new theoretical reference for TCM therapies targeting PD.
