对徐州沛北地区某煤矿采空区上方的建设项目进行了详细的稳定性评价和适宜性分析.基于场地的工程地质条件结合煤层赋存信息及矿山开采资料,通过计算采空区影响范围、分析开采条件、计算地表移动变形值、分析煤(岩)柱稳定性,以综合评价采空区稳定性.通过分析采空区对拟建建(构)筑物的影响及拟建工程对采空区进一步垮落断裂的影响,评价建设项目的地基稳定性及其适宜性.根据计算结果,对采空区稳定性及建设项目的适宜性进行分区,划分了适宜区即稳定区(I 区)、基本适宜区即基本稳定区(II区).最后,鉴于采空区上方工程建设的风险性,从建筑、结构、基础、变形观测等方面提出治理措施,为地基基础设计提供有效依据.

A detailed stability evaluation and suitability analysis were conducted for the construction project above the goaf of a coal mine at Pei county north area of Xuzhou.Based on site engineering geological conditions,combined with coal seam occurrence information and mining data,the goaf stability was comprehensively evaluated by calculating goaf impact range,analyzing mining conditions,calculating surface movement and deformation values,and analyzing coal(rock)pillar stability.The foundation stability and suitability for the construction project were also evaluated by analyzing goaf impact on the proposed buildings and the impact of the proposed project on the further collapse and fracture of goaf.According to the calculation results,the goaf stability and suitability for the construction project were divided into two zones:the suitable zone,namely stable zone(Zone I),and the basic suitable zone,namely basic stable zone(Zone II).Finally,considering the risk of engineering construction above goaf,treatment measures are proposed from the aspects of architecture,structure,foundation,deformation observation,etc.,to provide effective basis for foundation design.
