坑道钻探在贵州省精确探矿中的关键技术研究OA
Research on key technologies of underground core l drilling for the precise exploration in Guizhou province
近年来,贵州省大力推进"富矿精开"精确探矿项目,其中很多钻孔需要通过在坑道内实施斜孔来实现.本文以李家湾锰矿坑道钻探为例,针对坑道内斜孔方位角误差大的难题,综合使用多种工艺,通过钻机选型、钻进工艺研究,将定向钻进和纠偏技术应用于绳索取心的基础上,借助造斜工具与随钻测量系统的协同配合,运用孔底导向装置实时监测钻孔方位角、倾角等参数,实现了对钻孔轨迹的精准控制,取得了一系列具有重要价值的成果,进一步验证了坑道钻探技术在精确探矿中的显著成效,展现了钻进效率高、孔斜控制精确、取心完整性好的特点,具有推广应用价值.
In recent years,Guizhou Province has vigorously promoted the"precise exploration of rich ore deposits"project,where many drilling holes need to be achieved through inclined holes in tunnels.This paper takes the underground core drilling at Lijiawan manganese mine as an example to address the problem of large azimuth errors in inclined holes in tunnel.Multiple techniques are comprehensively used,directional drilling and correction techniques are applied to wireline coring through drilling rig selection and drilling technology research.With the coordination of inclined tools and measurement systems while drilling system,real-time monitoring of drilling hole azimuth,inclination angle and other parameters is carried out using hole bottom-hole guidance devices.The drilling trajectory was controlled precisely and a series of valuable results have been obtained,which further verify the significant effectiveness of underground core drilling technology in precise exploration,demonstrate the characteristics of high drilling efficiency,precise hole inclination control and good coring integrity,and has the value of promotion and application.
