Analysis of ground thermal response test at a construction site
拟新建科研办公楼项目占地面积约 13 万平方米,总建筑面积约 4 万平方米,主要建设内容为一栋地上5 层,地下 1 层办公楼及广场、道路、车棚等附属设施.根据可靠、经济、环保、优先利用可再生能源的原则,项目采用地源热泵型机组+水冷冷水机组+冷却塔的冷热源组合.地埋管区域地质综合热物性参数是设计地埋管换热系统的主要参数,为查明场地岩土体的原始温度、热物性参数及换热孔的延米换热量等参数,在建设范围内布置试验孔,进行了岩土热响应试验.测得场地土壤初始平均温度为 19.22℃,土壤平均比热容可取为2.55×103 kJ/(m3·K),平均导热系数为2.18 W/(m·K),冬季每米孔取热量44.6 W/m,夏季每米孔释热量为 54.7 W/m,可作为系统设计的主要依据.
The proposed project of a new scientific research office building covers an area of approximately 130 000 m2,with a total building area of about 40 000 m2.The main construction content includes a 5-story above-ground and 1-story underground office building along with ancillary facilities such as plazas,roads and carports.Based on the principles of reliability,cost-effectiveness,environmental sustainability and priority utilization of renewable energy,a hybrid HVAC system combining ground-source heat pumps,water-cooled chillers and cooling towers is adopted in this project.The comprehensive thermal properties of subsurface strata in buried pipe are critical parameters for the design of ground heat exchanger system.To determine the ground original temperature and thermal properties,as well as the linear heat transfer of exchange hole,a thermal response test(TRT)was conducted through test holes installed at construction site.The test results show that the initial average ground temperature is 19.22℃,the average volumetric specific heat capacity is 2.55×103 kJ/(m3· K),the average thermal conductivity is 2.18 W/(m · K),and the linear heat extraction rate during winter or summer is 44.6 or 54.7 W/m respectively,which can be used as the main basis for system design.
