本文研究了 26CrMo48VNb无缝管在特定热处理工艺条件下的力学性能表现.实验采用的热处理工艺参数为:淬火温度控制在 900±10℃范围内,淬火升温及保温时间设定为 60 min;回火温度为 660℃,回火升温及保温时间为 100 min.在此工艺条件下,材料的伸长率达到 20%左右,显著高于常规管材的性能水平.在冲击韧性方面,测试结果显示单个试样的冲击功较标准规定值提高了 100%,这意味着材料在动态载荷和冲击作用下的能量吸收能力得到显著增强.研究证实,通过调整微量金属成分并精确控制热处理工艺参数,可以充分挖掘 26CrMo48VNb材料的性能潜力,使其力学性能指标全面超越V级管体的标准要求,为石油行业提供了更优质的材料选择.

This paper studies the mechanical performance of 26CrMo48VNb seamless pipes under specific heat treatment process conditions.The heat treatment process parameters adopted in the experiment are as follows:The quenching temperature is controlled within the range of 900±10℃,and the quenching heating and holding time is set at 60 minutes.The tempering temperature is 660℃,and the tempering heating and holding time is 100 minutes.Under this process condition,the pipe body elongation rate reaches about 20%,which is significantly higher than the performance level of conventional pipes.In terms of impact toughness,the test results show that the impact energy of a single specimen has increased by 100%compared to the standard specified value,which indicates that the material's energy absorption capacity under dynamic loads and impacts has been significantly enhanced.The research has confirmed that by adjusting trace metal composition and optimizing heat treatment process parameters,the performance potential of 26CrMo48VNb pipe body can be fully tapped and its mechanical performance indicators can comprehensively exceed the standard requirements of V-class pipe body,providing a better material option for the petroleum industry.
