20 世纪 80 年代,中国的地质勘察公司随着政府对非洲经济援助项目进入非洲钻井市场后.中国施工公司以其完备的水井钻探设备和先进的水井钻探工艺,迅速抢占了非洲的水井市场,其中天津探矿机械厂生产的SPC-300 系列水文水井钻机功不可没.进入 21 世纪后,印度生产的全液压车载动力头钻机开始进入非洲市场,已成为当地主流的钻井设备.通过实践应用对比,得出以下结论:①传统车载转盘式SPC-300ST钻机在提升能力、扭矩、钻进深度、泥浆泵性能、提下钻速度及地层适应性方面具有显著优势;②全液压车载动力头钻机在集成化、智能化、自动化及空压机性能方面表现突出,可降低操作难度、提高施工精度,并减少设备与人员配置;③根据马里的水文地质条件与水井工艺需求,全液压钻机更适应实际工况;④未来车载水井钻机应向集成化、自动化与智能化方向发展,通过优化设备结构与区域适应性,在降低投资成本的同时提升经济效益.

In the 1980 s,Chinese geological survey companies entered the African drilling market with government economic aid projects.These companies quickly seized the African water well market with their complete water well drilling equipment and advanced water well drilling technology.The SPC-300 series hydrological water well drill produced by Tianjin Exploration Machinery Factory played an indispensable role.After entering the 21st century,the fully hydraulic truck-mounted power head drill produced in India began to enter African market and has become the main drilling equipment in local area.Through practical application comparison,the following conclusions are drawn:① The traditional truck-mounted rotary table SPC-300ST drill has significant advantages in terms of lifting capacity,torque,drilling depth,mud pump performance,drilling speed and formation adaptability;② The fully hydraulic truck-mounted power head drill has outstanding performance in integration,intelligence,automation and air compressor performance,which can reduce operational difficulty,improve construction accuracy,and reduce equipment and personnel configuration;③According to the hydrogeological conditions and water well drilling requirements in Mali,fully hydraulic drills are more suitable for actual working conditions;④ In the future,truck-mounted water well drills should be developed in integration,automation and intelligence.By optimizing equipment structure and regional adaptability,economic benefits can be improved while reducing investment costs.
