微塑料对男性生殖的影响及防治的研究进展OA

Research progress on the impact and prevention and treatment of microplastics on male reproduction

微塑料作为塑料垃圾在自然界简单降解的产物,可通过食物链、呼吸道、皮肤接触等途径进入机体,再通过氧化应激、DNA损伤、干扰性腺分泌和能量代谢的机制引起精子质量下降、生育率降低、后代发育异常等不良后果.通过改变生活习惯、采取防护措施和减轻体内微塑料生殖毒性等方式可显著改善微塑料对生殖和生育的不良影响.本文从微塑料的来源及进入机体的途径、生殖毒性的机制和不良后果、防治的早期研究等方面进行总结,为后续探究微塑料对机体的影响及防治提供思路.

Microplastics,as degradation products of plastic waste in nature,can enter the human body through food chains,the respiratory tract,and skin contact.They can induce adverse effects such as decreased sperm quality,reduced fertility,and abnormal offspring development through mechanisms like oxidative stress,DNA damage,disruption of gonadal hormone secretion,and interference with energy metabolism.Adverse reproductive and fertility effects caused by microplastics can be significantly mitigated by altering lifestyle habits,adopting protective measures,and reducing the reproductive toxicity of microplastics in the body.This paper summarizes the sources of microplastics,their pathways into the human body,mechanisms of reproductive toxicity,adverse outcomes,and early research on prevention and treatment.It aims to provide insights for the impacts of microplastics on human health and corresponding prevention strategies.
