宏基因组学用于墓画大洋芽孢杆菌改良盐碱地土壤的分析研究OA
Metagenomic Analysis of Saline-Alkali Soil Amelioration Using Oceanobacillus Picturae
土壤盐碱化已成为危害粮食安全的全球性问题,生物改良作为盐碱土壤改良最有效的方法之一,为盐碱地治理提供了新思路.本研究从东营滨海盐碱土壤中筛选获得一株嗜盐芽孢杆菌,命名为墓画大洋芽孢杆菌N1.与对照组相比,施用该菌株的实验组在第14天时可以更有效地降低土壤盐浓度,速效磷与碱解氮含量较对照组分别提高了0.56 mg/kg和1.6 mg/kg.宏基因组分析结果显示,墓画大洋芽孢杆菌N1的施用可以有效改善土壤微生物群落的组成结构及功能基因丰度,并增强微生物群落的新陈代谢及环境信息处理相关功能潜力.同时,该菌株可显著提高盐碱土壤微生物群落中参与氮、磷循环的关键功能基因的相对丰度.本研究为墓画大洋芽孢杆菌N1在盐碱地改良中的潜在应用提供了参考.
Soil salinization has become a global issue threatening food security.Biological remediation,as one of the most effective methods for saline-alkali soil remediation,has provided new insights for treatment of saline-alkali land.In this study,a halophilic Bacillus strain,named Oceanobacillus picturae N1,was isolated from the saline-alkali soil of Dongying coastal area.Compared with the control group,the experimental group with the application of the strain was more effective in reducing soil salt concentration on the 14th day,and the contents of available phosphorus and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were increased by 0.56 mg/kg and 1.6 mg/kg,respectively.The results of metagenomic analysis showed that the application of Oceanobacillus picturae N1 could effectively improve the composition and functional gene abundance of soil microbial community,and enhance the functional potential of microbial community related to metabolism and environmental information processing.Meanwhile,the strain could significantly increase the relative abundance of key functional genes involved in nitrogen and phosphorus cycling in the microbial community of saline-alkali soil.This work provided a reference for the potential application of Oceanobacillus picturae N1 in saline-alkali soil amelioration.
