玉屏风颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗反复呼吸道感染儿童的临床研究OA
Efficacy of Yupingfeng Granules Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the Treatment of Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection and Its Effects on Immune Function
目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合布拉酵母菌治疗反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)儿童的疗效及对免疫功能的影响.方法:选择2022-2023年在我院诊治的121例RRTI患儿,按随机数表法分为对照组(n=60)与试验组(n=61),对照组予以常规西医方案治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用玉屏风颗粒与布拉酵母菌散剂.比较两组患儿疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能指标、炎症因子指标、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)以及不良反应发生情况.结果:试验组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后试验组中医证候积分、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05),IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-2、IGF-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:玉屏风颗粒联合布拉酵母菌可有效提高RRTI患儿免疫功能,改善临床症状,安全性高,疗效显著.
Objective:To probe into the efficacy of Yupingfeng granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI)and its effects on immune function.Methods:From 2022 to 2023,totally 121 children with RRTI admitted into our hospital were extracted to be randomly divided into the control group(n=60)and experimental group(n=61)via random number table method.The control group received conventional basic Western medicine treatment,while experimental group was given Yupingfeng granules and S.boulardii powder on the basis of control group.The efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immune function indicators,inflammatory factor indicators,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while IgA,IgG,IgM,IL-2 and IGF-1 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules combined with S.boulardii can effectively enhance the immune function of children with RRTI,improve the clinical symptoms,with high safety and prominent efficacy.
