The Taylorist Nature of Algorithmic Management:A Re-examination of the Logic of Digital Labor Control

随着平台经济的迅猛发展,算法管理正系统性地重塑劳动生产关系.本文回归管理学经典脉络,将泰勒的科学管理原理与中国数字劳动实践对照讨论,提出"算法泰勒主义"概念.研究认为,平台算法并没有导致科学管理范式断裂,而是其在数字技术下的强化与扩展.它在内核上继承了劳动控制、标准化方法与差别工资等泰勒逻辑,并借助大数据、GPS与机器学习等技术,突破了传统泰勒主义在空间、契约与身体维度的局限,实现了对开放性劳动"超泰勒化"控制,进而引发控制与责任错位、效率与安全冲突等社会悖论.基于中国平台经济治理现实,研究建议通过社会保障、法律法规、集体协商、劳动伦理与协同治理的系统性创新,推动构建效率与公平并重、技术与人文共生的数字劳动新秩序.

With the rapid development of the platform economy,algorithmic management is systematically reshaping labor production relations.Returning to classic management theory,this study compares Taylor's principles of scientific management with Chinese digital labor practices,proposing the concept of"algorithmic Taylorism".The study argues that platform algorithms do not lead to a rupture in the scientific management paradigm but rather represent its intensification and expansion under digital technology.At its core,it inherits Taylorist logics such as labor control,standardization methods,and differential wages.Leveraging technologies like big data,GPS,and machine learning,it breaks through the spatial,contractual,and bodily limitations of traditional Taylorism,achieving an"ultra-Taylorized"control over open labor.This,in turn,triggers social paradoxes such as the dislocation of control and responsibility and conflicts between efficiency and safety.Based on the realities of China's platform economy governance,the study advocates for systematic innovations in social security,laws and regulations,collective bargaining,labor ethics,and collaborative governance to promote the construction of a new digital labor order that balances efficiency and fairness and integrates technology and humanistic concerns.
