为提升研究生培养过程中的数据分析能力,本文围绕R语言分析在高等教育中的应用,探讨如何构建面向研究生的数据分析课程体系.通过将 R 语言教学与生成式人工智能技术相结合,对课程内容进行系统规划,并提出具体建设路径.研究构建了基于需求牵引、能力导向与实践驱动的三维融合课程体系.教学试点实践显示,该课程的学生满意度达 95%,平均节省约 30%的问题解决时间,平时成绩与期末成绩均提升约 4 分,论文发表数量亦有所增加.同时,本文分析了当前面临的AI依赖风险及教学能力差异等挑战,并就课程智能化发展的路径与伦理治理提出了相关建议.

To enhance the cultivation of data analysis skills in graduate education,this paper explores the construction of a data analysis curriculum for postgraduate students by integrating R programming with generative artificial intelligence(AI).A systematic instructional plan and specific implementation measures are proposed,leading to the development of a three-dimensional integrated curriculum framework driven by demand,competency,and practice.Pilot teaching practices demonstrated a 95%student satisfaction rate,an average reduction of approximately 30%in problem-solving time,an average improvement of about 4 points in both regular assessments and final examinations,and an increase in the number of papers published.Furthermore,the study addresses current challenges such as over-reliance on AI and disparities in teaching competencies,offering recommendations for the future intelligent evolution of the curriculum and its ethical governance.
