动物肠道微生物的物种丰度大、群落结构和生长习性复杂,对动物机体免疫功能具有很好的调节作用,使得动物肠道微生物的研究成为难点和热点.传统的形态学和生化学鉴定方法已无法满足细菌鉴定的需求,核苷酸测序法逐步被科研学者所接受,在初步形态鉴定的基础上,借助16S rRNA高通量测序法进一步进行细菌基因鉴定,可精准测定分析细菌种类.论文就16S rRNA高通量测序法在动物肠道微生物研究中的应用进展进行综述,旨在为动物肠道微生物相关进一步研究提供理论依据.

Animal gut microbes have a large species abundance,complex community structure and growth habits,and play a good role in regulating animal immune function,which makes the study of animal gut mi-crobes difficult and hot.Traditional morphological and biochemical identification methods have been unable to meet the needs of bacterial identification,and nucleotide sequencing method has been gradually accepted by researchers.Based on the preliminary morphological identification,16S rRNA high-throughput sequen-cing method is used to further identify bacterial genes,which can accurately determine and analyze bacterial species.In this paper,the application of 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing method in the study of ani-mal gut microbes was reviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for further study of animal gut mi-crobes.
