杨树花的活性成分和药理作用及口服液质控技术研究进展OA
Progress on Active Ingredients and Pharmacological Effects of Poplar Flowers and Quality Control Technology of Oral Liquid
杨树花具有清热解毒、化湿止痢的功效,主治痢疾、肠炎等疾病,其有效成分主要包括黄酮、酚苷、植物甾醇等,具有显著的抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化及抗肿瘤的作用.现代研究显示,杨树花的提取物对多种病原体如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、沙门氏菌等具有良好的抑制效果.基于其多种药理作用,杨树花口服液在畜禽临床上应用历史悠久,而且应用范围愈加广泛,具有良好的应用前景.杨树花及杨树花口服液的质控技术主要有薄层鉴别、pH、相对密度、吸光度等方面,缺乏对其有效成分含量的定量控制标准.资料显示可利用高效液相色谱法来测定其活性成分及非法添加物,制订其特征图谱标准,从而规范提高杨树花口服液的生产质量.
Poplar flower has the effects of clearing away heat and toxin,eliminating dampness and stopping dysentery,and is mainly used to treat dysentery,enteritis and other diseases.Its effective components main-ly include flavonoids,phenolic glycosides,phytosterols and so on.It has significant antibacterial,anti-in-flammatory,antioxidant and anti-tumor effects.Modern research shows that the extract of poplar flower has a good inhibitory effect on a variety of pathogens,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Sal-monella and so on.Based on its various pharmacological effects,yangshuhua oral liquid has a long history of clinical application in livestock and poultry,and its application scope is more and more extensive,which has a good application prospect.In addition,the quality control techniques of yangshuhua and yangshuhua oral liquid mainly include thin-layer identification,pH value,relative density,absorbance and other aspects,lac-king quantitative control standards for the content of effective components.The data showed that the active ingredients and illegal additives of yangshuhua oral liquid could be determined by HPLC,and the standard of its characteristic spectrum could be formulated,so as to standardize and improve the production quality of yangshuhua oral liquid.
