锥虫是一种由吸血昆虫叮咬传播的寄生虫,能够引起人类和动物的多种疾病,特别是在发展中国家,锥虫感染导致的健康问题尤为严重.半胱氨酸蛋白酶在锥虫的生存和致病过程中发挥着关键作用,参与虫体的营养获取、免疫逃逸和致组织损伤等多个生物学过程.因此,针对锥虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶的抑制剂的开发,不仅具有重要的基础研究意义,在临床锥虫病的防控也具有应用前景.论文综述了近年来针对锥虫半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的研究进展,分析了其作用机制及在锥虫病治疗中的潜在应用价值,旨在为相关研究提供参考,并促进新型治疗策略的开发.
Trypanosoma is an important parasite that can cause various diseases in humans and animals.Par-ticularly in developing countries,the health problems resulting from trypanosomiasis infection are particu-larly serious.Cysteine proteases play a crucial role in the survival and pathogenicity of Trypanosoma spe-cies,participating in multiple biological processes such as nutrient acquisition,immune evasion and tissue damage.Therefore,the development of inhibitors targeting Trypanosoma cruzi cysteine proteases not only holds significant fundamental research significance,but also has promising application prospects in the clin-ical prevention and control of Chagas disease.This paper reviews the research progress of inhibitors against Trypanosoma cruzi cysteine proteases in recent years,analyzes their mechanism of action and potential ap-plication value in the treatment of Chagas disease,aiming to provide references for related research and promote the development of new therapeutic strategies.
