车顶绝缘子长期暴露于复杂环境容易积冰,威胁列车运行安全,急需系统性研究其动态覆冰及其闪络特性.通过搭建可模拟恒定风速条件的覆冰实验平台,模拟不同环境温度的覆冰过程并进行闪络实验,采集闪络电弧发展过程与电压数据.同时,构建绝缘子覆冰状态的有限元电场仿真模型,用于分析不同覆冰形态对表面电场分布的影响.结果表明,环境温度对覆冰增长影响显著,最终导致闪络特性产生差异,并结合仿真探明不同覆冰特性所对应的电场畸变特征.本研究成果可为后续恶劣环境下高速列车运行安全及其防覆冰工作提供数据支持与模型参考.

The roof insulators are prone to ice accumulation since they are exposed to harsh environments for extended periods,which poses a threat to the operation safety of trains.As a result,there is an urgent need for systematic re-search on their dynamic ice accumulation and flashover characteristics.In this paper,an ice accumulation test platform capable of simulating the constant wind speed conditions was constructed to simulate the ice accumulation process at dif-ferent ambient temperatures.In addition,flashover tests were conducted to collect the data on flashover arc develop-ment and voltage.Meanwhile,a finite element electric field simulation model of an insulator under ice accumulation conditions was developed,so as to analyze the influences of various ice accumulation forms on the distribution of sur-face electric field.Results indicate that ambient temperature significantly affected the ice growth and ultimately led to differences in flashover characteristics.Combined with simulations,the electric field distortion characteristics corre-sponding to different ice accumulation characteristics were also identified.The findings in this paper can provide data support and model reference for ensuring the operation safety of high-speed trains and anti-ice accumulation efforts un-der severe environmental conditions.
