随着电力系统低碳化转型,对作为源荷桥梁的配电网开展低碳研究,有利于整个电力系统低碳运行.本文提出了一种计及动态碳排引导功率互济的多层次互联柔性配电网低碳调度方法.首先,在外部电网动态碳排因子的基础上建立了区域动态碳排限制因子,并与外部电网动态碳排因子共同引导柔性配电网内各区域功率互济.其次,构建了碳限制机制,对各区域在风光贫瘠时刻功率互济带来减碳效益的负面影响做出限制.最后,在功率互济的引导特性的基础上,综合考虑外部电网动态碳排因子对配电网内储能、需求响应的引导特性,以此建立了多层次互联柔性配电网低碳经济调度模型,仿真验证了所提的低碳经济调度策略能够准确引导各区域低碳功率互济,防止弃风、弃光现象发生,实现配电网低碳经济运行.

With the low-carbon transformation of power system,the study of the low-carbon performance of distribution network which is taken as a bridge between source and load is conducive to the low-carbon operation of the whole power system.In this paper,a low-carbon scheduling method for multi-level interconnected flexible distribution networks that takes into account the dynamic carbon emissions to guide power interconnection is proposed.First,a regional dynamic carbon emission limiting factor is formulated on the basis of the dynamic carbon emission factor of the external grid,and these two factors are combined to guide the power interconnection of each region in the flexible distribution net-work.Second,a carbon limitation mechanism is constructed to limit the negative impacts of carbon reduction benefits brought by power interconnection in each region during the time of wind and light deprivation.Finally,on the basis of the guiding characteristics of power interconnection,the guiding characteristics of the dynamic carbon emission factor of the external grid for energy storage and demand response within the distribution network are comprehensively taken into account,so that a low-carbon economic scheduling model of multi-level interconnected flexible distribution net-works is established.Simulation results verify that the proposed low-carbon economic scheduling strategy can accurately guide the low-carbon power interconnection of each region,prevent the occurrence of wind and light abandonment,and realize the low-carbon economic operation of distribution network.
