触头分断速度对大功率直流继电器燃弧时间的影响研究OA
Study on the Influence of Contact Breaking Speed on Arc Duration of High-Power DC Relays
以某大功率直流继电器为研究对象,通过实物样机测试触头分离后的触头运动情况,改变触头的分断速度,记录不同分断速度下的燃弧时间和直流电弧各阶段时间的变化.结果显示,大功率直流继电器触头分离后,触头分断速度经过复杂的规律变化,在触头达到最大开距时降为0;触头最大分断速度更能体现触头对大功率直流负载的分断能力.提高该速度可显著缩短金属液桥和金属相电弧时间,有效提高大功率直流继电器对大功率直流负载的分断次数和分断后的绝缘性能,对大功率直流负载分断具有积极意义.
A high-power DC relay is taken as the research object.The contact movement after contact separation is measured by physical prototypes.By changing the contact breaking speed,the arc duration and the duration of each stage of DC arc under different breaking speeds are recorded.The results show that after the contact separation of the high-power DC relay,the contact breaking speed decreases to zero when the contact reaches the maximum opening distance after complex regular changes.The maximum contact breaking speed directly indicates the breaking capacity of the contact for high-power DC loads.The improvement of the maximum contact breaking speed can significantly shorten the liquid metal bridge and metal-phase arc periods,effectively increase the breaking times of the high-power DC relay for high-power DC loads and improve the insulation performance after breaking,which is of positive significance for the breaking of high-power DC loads.
