具有三相电流不平衡治理功能的柔性互联装置控制研究OA
Research on Control of Flexible Interconnection Device with Three-phase Current Unbalance Mitigation Function
基于电力电子器件的柔性互联装置(FID)可实现配电台区间的功率互济,并可在配电台区故障后进行负荷转供.针对配电台区日益突出的三相不平衡问题,在FID对配电台区进行功率互济的基础上,提出了对配电台区进行三相电流不平衡治理的控制策略,提高了设备利用率.首先介绍了柔性互联装置的结构、数学模型及运行模式.其次,在原有FID对配电台区进行功率互济基础上,提出一种兼具三相电流不平衡治理功能的控制策略,对负荷三相不平衡电流进行补偿,实现三相平衡.最后,通过Matlab/Simulink仿真及StarSim硬件在环半实物实验对提出控制策略的有效性和可行性进行了验证.
The load-transfer after the distribution area fault and mutual power support between distribution areas can be realized with the flexible interconnection device(FID)based on power electronic devices.Aiming at the becoming increasingly prominen three-phase unbalance problem,a three-phase current unbalance regulation control strategy according to the FID mutual power support to the distribution area was proposed,contributing to the increased equipment utilization efficiency.Firstly,the structure,mathematical model and operation mode of the FID were introduced.Secondly,a three-phase current unbalance regulation control strategy was proposed according to the original mutual power support to the distribution area.The three-phase balance can be realized with the three-phase current compensation.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control strategy were verified by Matlab/Simulink simulation and the hardware-in-loop experiment on StarSim.
