针对智能变电站二次线缆传统标签管理存在的物理回路与虚回路信息割裂、关联缺失、维护低效及拓扑缺失等问题,本文提出基于变电站物理配置描述-变电站配置描述(SPCD-SCD)协同建模的虚实回路映射技术.通过构建设备端口坐标模型、开发多维编码规则及"即扫即看"运检体系,实现纤芯至虚端子的全链路追踪.在13座变电站的实证应用显示,线缆定位耗时从4.3 min/条降至0.5 min/条,虚回路校核准确率达100%,运维差错率由传统方式的4%降至0%.该技术为智能变电站二次系统标准化运维提供了数字化解决方案,实现了二次线缆全生命周期数字化管理,可为智能变电站标准化运维提供技术支撑,具有工程应用价值.

This study addresses the challenges of disjointed virtual-physical circuits information,the absence of correlation,inefficient maintenance processes,and the loss of topological relationships in the conventional labeling management of secondary cables in smart substations.It introduces a novel virtual-physical circuit mapping technique founded on the substation physical configuration description-substation configuration description(SPCD-SCD)collaborative modeling approach.The technique involves the creation of a device port coordinate model,the establishment of multi-dimensional coding regulations,and the implementation of a"scan and view"maintenance inspection system,enabling comprehensive traceability from the optical fiber core to the virtual terminal.Field tests across 13 substations demonstrate that this method reduces cable positioning time from an average of 4.3 minutes per cable to just 0.5 minutes,achieves a 100%accuracy rate in virtual circuit validation,and lowers the operation error rate from 4%with traditional methods to 0%.The proposed technology offers a digital solution for the standardized upkeep of the secondary system in smart substations,facilitating the digital management of secondary cables throughout their entire lifecycle.It also provides technical backing for the standardized operation of smart substations,showcasing considerable engineering application potential.
