1例猫肠道淋巴瘤的诊治OA
Diagnosis and Treatment of A Case of Feline Intestinal Lymphoma
6岁雄性加菲猫因间歇性呕吐持续4个月之久,前来就诊,经血常规、血浆生化、影像学检查初步诊断为肠道肿物后.经初步治疗4日后进行剖腹探查.经手术切除肿瘤并做肠管吻合术,经组织病理学检查,确诊为恶性肠道淋巴瘤.术后进行抗癌及支持治疗,术后已追访近1年,目前患猫状态良好,现报告如下.
A 6-year-old male Garfield cat was presented to the hospital with a history of intermittent vomi-ting for 6 months.Initial diagnostic workup,including routine blood tests,plasma biochemistry,and ima-ging,suggested intestinal tumors.After 4 days of treatment with no significant improvement,a laparotomy was performed,followed by histopathological examination,which confirmed malignant intestinal lympho-ma.The tumor was surgically removed,and intestinal anastomosis was performed,followed by anti-cancer and supportive therapy.The cat has been monitored for over 1 year post-operation and is currently in good condition.The following is the case report.
