随着能源互联网与多能源系统(MES)的发展,需求侧响应行为呈现出信息-物理-社会多维耦合的复杂特性.为提高多能源服务商(MESP)对需求侧资源的调度能力、降低用户响应偏差带来的响应风险,在实施综合需求响应(IDR)时,需要充分考虑用户的响应特性,并制定有效的风险管理策略.首先,在物理-信息层面考虑用户多能耦合的替代特性与多时段动态的疲劳特性,在社会层面引入理性因子与认知权重函数,表征用户在社会环境中的认知非完全理性;其次,构建风险关联矩阵以实现IDR强相关性风险的量化表征,并采用正交对角化方法对强相关性风险进行解耦;进一步,利用香农熵原理构建风险分散度指标,提出了信息-物理-社会融合的IDR风险分散管理策略.最后,通过仿真表明,所提策略既降低了MESP的风险损失,又提升了用户参与IDR的效益,实现了多方共赢.

With the development of Energy Internet and multi-energy system(MES),response behaviors on the demand side show the characteristic of complex multi-dimensional cyber-physical-social coupling.To enhance the scheduling capability of multi-energy service providers(MESPs)over demand-side resources and mitigate the response risks caused by user response deviations,it is necessary to fully consider the response characteristics of users when implementing integrated demand response(IDR),and develop effective risk management strategies.Firstly,at the cyber-physical level,the substitutable characteristics of multi-energy coupling and the dynamic fatigue characteristics across multiple time periods are considered.At the social level,a rationality factor and a cognitive weighting function are introduced to characterize the incomplete cognitive rationality of users in social contexts.Secondly,a risk correlation matrix is built to achieve the quantitative characterization of strongly correlated IDR risks,which are then decoupled via orthogonal diagonalization.Furthermore,Shannon entropy is used to construct a risk dispersion index,and a risk dispersion management strategy of IDR with cyber-physical-social fusion is proposed.Finally,through the simulation,it shows that the proposed model not only reduces the risk losses for the MESP,but also increases the benefits of users for participating in IDR,achieving a win-win situation for all parties involved.
