油浸式电气设备防爆技术演变及其与系统短路容量关系分析OA

为分析大型充油设备耐受内部大电弧故障能力,本文回顾油断路器、油浸式互感器、油浸纸套管和油浸式变压器等油浸式电气设备在防爆起火方面的技术发展演变,在油量少设备中存在采用SF6或干式绝缘方式替代油浸式的趋势,但大型电力变压器尚无法采用类似的技术路线;进一步地,本文结合大型油浸式变压器的耐受短路电弧故障能力分析方法,对变压器油箱体积与系统短路电流关系进行分析,认为在系统短路容量不断增加、液体不可压缩和设备自身体积增加相对有限等条件下,存在油浸式变压器面临内部电弧短路故障时,超出油箱结构耐受能力的情况.本文分析结果揭示了大型油浸式变压器爆炸起火问题本质是由于系统输电能力不断提升,对应系统短路容量/电流增加,超出了体积有限的油箱耐受内部电弧能力上限.

In order to analyze the ability of large oil-filled equipment to withstand internal large arc fault,the technical development of oil-immersed equipment such as oil switch,oil-immersed current/voltage transformer,oil-paper bushing and oil-immersed power transformer in explosion-proof and fire-proof is reviewed in this paper.There is a trend of using SF6 or dry-type insulation instead of oil-immersed equipment in less oil equipment.However,similar technical routes cannot be adopted for large power transformers.Therefore,based on the analysis method of ability of large oil-immersed transformer tank withstand internal short-circuit arc fault,the relationship between transformer tank volume and system short-circuit current are analyzed in this paper.It is considered that under the factors of the increase of the short circuit capacity of the system,the basic physical properties of insulating liquid's incompressibility and the limited increase of the volume of tank,the ability of tank withstand internal short-circuit arc fault is exceeded,when the oil-immersed transformer is faced with internal arc short circuit fault.In this paper,it is revealed that the essence of the explosion and fire problem of large oil-immersed transformer is due to the increasing transmission capacity of power grid,and the corresponding increase of the short-circuit capacity/current of the system exceeds the upper limit of the ability of tank withstand internal short-circuit arc fault,which has limited volume.
