火力发电厂输煤系统作为保障机组稳定运行的关键环节,其设备的可靠性和运行效率至关重要.传统输煤系统普遍缺乏实时在线监测和精细化自动化控制,依赖人工巡检,导致设备故障隐患大、维护成本高、运行效率低,并存在安全风险.本文提出一种基于远距离无线电广域网(LoRaWAN)技术的输煤系统智能监测与控制方案,以解决上述问题.该方案采用多参量无线传感器(温度、振动、门磁等)采集关键设备的运行数据,通过物联网数据综合服务器进行数据预处理、分析和传输,并无缝集成至现有输煤程控系统和安全仪表系统.通过优化无线传感器的天线阻抗匹配网络,在保证低功耗的同时最大化信息传输距离.针对火力发电厂输煤系统高粉尘及强电磁干扰环境,对系统模型进行核心定制化设计,从而实现对发电厂输煤系统的实时监控、预警报警和精细化管理,提升输煤系统的运行效率和安全可靠性.
The reliable and efficient operation of a coal handling system is crucial for stable power generation in thermal power plants.Traditional coal handling systems often lack real-time online monitoring and sophisticated automated control,relying instead on manual inspections.This leads to increased risks of equipment failures,high maintenance costs,low operational efficiency,and potential safety hazards.This research proposes a smart monitoring and control solution for coal handling systems based on long range radio wide area network(LoRaWAN)technology to address these challenges.The proposed solution utilizes multi-parameter wireless sensors(e.g.,temperature,vibration,door magnetic sensors)to collect operational data from key equipment.This data is then preprocessed,analyzed,and transmitted by an Internet of Things(IoT)data aggregation server,which seamlessly integrates with existing coal handling programmable logic controllers and safety instrumented systems.Optimization of the antenna impedance matching network within the wireless sensors maximizes the transmission range while ensuring low power consumption.And core customized design is conducted on the system model in response to the environment of high dust and strong electromagnetic interference in the coal handling system of thermal power plants.This enables real-time monitoring,early warning alarms,and refined management of the coal handling system,ultimately enhancing its operational efficiency and safety.
