Scenario Generation Method for Low-carbon Scheduling of Virtual Power Plants Based on Carbon-aware Modulated Diffusion Model
在光伏和电动汽车等清洁资源广泛纳入虚拟电厂(VPP)低碳调度的趋势下,如何在源荷不确定性条件下生成适配低碳调度的高质量场景,成为提升VPP经济性与低碳性的关键问题.然而,现有场景生成方法普遍缺乏对源荷联合扰动及碳配额敏感结构的有效建模,导致生成样本与调度目标适配性不足.为此,提出一种基于碳感知调制扩散模型的VPP低碳调度场景生成方法.首先,构建VPP低碳调度模型,挖掘碳配额在源荷扰动下的敏感性传播路径;其次,从历史数据中提取碳配额敏感性特征,将其嵌入去噪扩散概率模型的扰动注入、网络结构与损失函数中,实现对关键扰动路径的结构化建模与调制,并引入条件变量构造调度日源荷联合场景;最后,通过实际数据开展仿真实验,验证了所提方法在场景生成质量和低碳调度适应性方面的显著优势.所提方法可作为VPP低碳调度的输入场景生成工具,且提升了场景在不确定性建模和决策支持中的实用性与适应性.
Under the trend of widely integrating clean energy resources such as photovoltaics(PV)and electric vehicles(EVs)into the low-carbon scheduling of virtual power plants(VPPs),how to generate high-quality scenarios that are suitable for low-carbon scheduling under source-load uncertainty conditions has become a key issue in enhancing the economic and low-carbon nature of VPPs.However,existing scenario generation methods generally lack effective modeling of source-load joint perturbations and their sensitivity structure with respect to carbon allowances,resulting in generated samples being insufficiently aligned with the scheduling objectives.To address this issue,this paper proposes a scenario generation method for low-carbon scheduling of VPPs based on a carbon-aware modulated diffusion model.First,a low-carbon scheduling model is constructed to reveal the sensitivity propagation paths of carbon allowances under source-load perturbations.Then,the carbon sensitivity features are extracted from historical data and embedded into the noise injection,network structure,and loss function of a denoising diffusion probabilistic model,enabling structured modeling and modulation of key perturbation paths and introducing conditional variables to construct source-load joint scenarios specific to the target scheduling day.Finally,simulation experiments are conducted using actual data to verify the significant advantages of the proposed method in terms of scenario generation quality and low-carbon scheduling adaptability.The proposed method can serve as an input scenario generation tool for low-carbon scheduling of VPPs,enhancing the practicality and adaptability of scenarios in uncertainty modeling and decision-making support.
