考虑网损系数序贯修正的省间集中竞价交易路径折算方法OA
Path Conversion Method for Inter-provincial Centralized Bidding Transaction Considering Sequential Correction of Network Loss Coefficient
省间多通道集中竞价交易是一种电力市场中长期交易机制,采用基于路径组合的多通道集中优化出清模型实现资源优化分配.该模型输电通道的网损由流经该输电通道的潮流乘以网损系数叠加计算.然而,随着电力市场规模扩大,输电通道上会出现与基础潮流相反的反向潮流,并出现正反向潮流的"对冲"效应,导致计算网损被重复叠加,使实际网损比计算网损小,总社会福利损失.为使网损计算更准确并恢复损失的社会福利,文中采用方向系数来刻画输电通道净潮流,并提出一种序贯修正交易路径网损系数的方法及优化建模,将由于潮流"对冲"导致的网损减少反映至网损系数上.最后,采用省间多通道集中竞价交易模拟运行数据进行算例仿真验证.结果表明,所提方法避免了正反向潮流"对冲"导致的网损重复计算,并提高了优化出清后的总社会福利.
The inter-provincial multi-channel centralized bidding transaction is a medium-and long-term transaction mechanism in the electricity market,which adopts a multi-channel centralized optimization clearing model based on path combination to achieve optimal resource allocation.The network loss of the transmission channel in this model is calculated by multiplying each power flow through the transmission channel by the network loss coefficient and adding it up.However,with the expansion of the electricity market scale,there will be reverse power flows on the transmission channels that are opposite to the basic power flows,creating an"offsetting"effect of positive and negative power flows.This will lead to the calculation of network losses being repeatedly superimposed,making the actual network loss smaller than the calculated network loss,resulting in a loss of total social welfare.In order to make the calculation of network losses more accurate and restore the loss of social welfare,this paper uses directional coefficients to characterize the net power flow of transmission channels,and proposes a sequential correction method and for the network loss coefficient of transaction paths and optimization modeling,reflecting the reduction of network losses caused by the"offsetting"of power flows on the network loss coefficient.Finally,simulation operation data of the inter-provincial multi-channel centralized bidding transaction are used for numerical verification.Results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively avoids duplicate network loss calculation caused by"offsetting"of positive and negative power flows and improves the total social welfare after optimal clearing.
