基于动态组网和电价激励的配-微电网协调优化调度OA
Coordinated Optimization Scheduling of Distribution Network and Microgrid Based on Dynamic Networking and Electricity Price Incentives
针对中低压配电网电压越限和分布式资源无序调度等问题,提出一种基于智能软开关的配电网动态组网优化方案和面向微电网的电价激励分布式资源整合策略.首先,提出配电网侧动态组网-电价激励的优化运行策略,并建立两层分阶段优化模型;其次,引入微电网侧自治优化模型,在保证各微网隐私权的同时,实现微网的最优自治运行;再次,将微网作为配网侧的等效负荷或出力,结合智能软开关的双向功率控制能力优化潮流分布,实现配网侧的动态组网;最后,通过IEEE-33 节点算例仿真,验证了所提模型在增强分布式资源协调能力和提高电压质量方面的有效性.
To solve the problems in medium-and low-voltage distribution networks such as voltage over limit and disor-dered scheduling of distributed resources,a dynamic networking optimization scheme for distribution network based on soft open point and an integration strategy for distributed resources based on electricity price incentives aimed at mi-crogrid are proposed.First,an optimal operation strategy for dynamic networking-electricity price incentives on the dis-tribution network side is put forward,and a two-layer phased optimization model is established.Second,a microgrid-side autonomous optimization model is introduced to ensure the privacy of each microgrid while realizing the optimal au-tonomous operation of microgrids.Third,the microgrid is used as the equivalent load or output on the distribution net-work side,and the power flow distribution is optimized by combining the bidirectional power control capability of soft open point,thus realizing the dynamic networking on the distribution network side.Finally,through simulations of an IEEE 33-node example,the effectiveness of the proposed model in enhancing the coordination capability of distributed resources and improving the voltage quality is proved.
