针对电动汽车车载电源用交错并联boost变换器功率高、车内空间有限导致的效率与功率密度提升难题,提出一种三相阶梯式耦合电感结构及多目标优化设计方法.首先,提出三相阶梯式耦合电感结构,以提升空间利用率;建立耦合电感数学模型,通过不同磁阻模型分别计算直流磁通与交流磁通,解决传统磁通计算复杂、精度低的问题.其次,针对该数学模型构建优化方案,以体积为优化目标,将效率、磁通密度以及输入电流纹波作为约束条件,实现变换器效率与耦合电感体积的双重优化;结合体积与效率的Pareto前沿,对比常见磁芯结构体积,明确所提结构的功率密度优势.最后,搭建 30 kW实验样机验证,实验结果表明所提三相阶梯式耦合电感结构及优化方法可有效提升交错并联Boost变换器的功率密度与效率,适配电动汽车车载电源的应用需求.

Aimed at the difficulties in improving the efficiency and power density in interleaved boost converters for electric vehicle onboard power supplies,which are caused by high power demands and stringent spatial constraints,a three-phase coupled inductor with ladder magnetic core and the corresponding multi-objective optimization design meth-od are proposed.First,a three-phase coupled inductor with ladder magnetic core is put forward to enhance the spatial utilization.A mathematical model of the coupled inductor is developed,and distinct magnetic reluctance models are uti-lized to separately compute the DC and AC magnetic flux components,thereby overcoming the limitations of complexity and low accuracy associated with the conventional calculation approaches for magnetic flux.Second,an optimization scheme for this mathematical model is established with an objective of minimizing the inductor volume while incorporat-ing constraints such as efficiency,magnetic flux density and input current ripple.This enables the simultaneous optimi-zation of converter efficiency and coupled inductor volume.Through the analysis of the Pareto front between volume and efficiency,the superior power density performance of the proposed structure is demonstrated in comparison with the vol-ume of common core structures.Finally,a 30 kW experimental prototype was constructed,and experimental results in-dicate that the proposed three-phase coupled inductor with ladder magnetic core can effectively enhance both the power density and efficiency of the interleaved Boost converter under the optimization scheme,making it suitable for electric vehicle onboard power supplies.
