超超临界锅炉水冷壁MIG堆焊修复工艺研究OA

Research on MIG Cladding Repair Technology for Water-cooled Walls in Ultra-supercritical Boilers

针对火力发电厂锅炉水冷壁管减薄失效的问题,提出采用MIG立向下堆焊ERNiCrMo-3的工艺修复方法,探索堆焊工艺参数的影响规律并获取最优参数,通过对焊缝进行目视检测、X射线检测、力学检测、金相分析来验证焊接工艺的稳定性.研究表明:锈蚀深度在450 μm,焊丝与母材热膨胀系数位于同一量级不会导致焊接接合面的剥离,目视检测及X射线检测结果I级,剪切强度491 MPa高于15CrMoG基材标准值440 MPa,侧弯无裂纹缺陷,焊缝区组织构成为γ固溶体+析出相,过热区组织构成为贝氏体,正火区组织构成为贝氏体+少量珠光体,不完全正火区组织构成为铁素体+贝氏体+珠光体,硬度显示在粗晶区出现小峰值,由于此区域内出现贝氏体的缘故.本研究为堆焊修复水冷壁管提供技术支撑,并为实际修复水冷壁工作提供新的思路.

To address the thinning failure of water wall tubes in coal-fired power plant boilers,this study proposes a repair method using MIG vertical-down overlay welding with ERNiCrMo-3 filler wire.The influence of welding parameters was systematically investigated to optimize the process.The welding stability was verified through visual inspection(VT),radio-graphic testing(RT),mechanical testing,and metallographic analysis.Key findings include:The corrosion depth was mea-sured at approximately 450μm.The similar thermal expansion coefficients between the filler wire and base metal(15CrMoG)prevented interfacial delamination.Both VT and RT results met Class I acceptance criteria.The shear strength reached 491 MPa,exceeding the standard value(440 MPa)of 15CrMoG base material.No cracks were observed in side bend tests.Micro-structural characterization revealed:Weld zone:γ solid solution with precipitated phases.Overheated zone:Bainite.Normal-ized zone:Bainite with minor pearlite.Partially normalized zone:Ferrite,bainite,and pearlite.A slight hardness peak in the coarse-grained zone was attributed to bainite formation.This study provides technical support for overlay welding repair of water wall tubes and offers a new approach for practical maintenance applications.
