Single-switch Converter with Composite Topology Based on Coupled-inductor Voltage-doubling Technology

为解决直流变换器在高压应用场景中增益不足与效率受限的瓶颈问题,基于耦合电感倍压技术提出一种新型组合拓扑结构的DC/DC变换器.该方案融合Boost与Sepic电路结构优势,引入耦合电感倍压单元及无源钳位网络构建电流输入型架构,在保证输入电流连续的情况下还可实现漏感能量回收与全开关器件零电流开通.对变换器工作原理进行了详细分析,并提供了其在连续模式下的性能参数及临界条件.结果表明,新拓扑具备高电压增益与低电压应力优势.此外,实验搭建 200 W原理样机,验证了变换器的高效运行特性,并有效支撑了理论分析的准确性.

To solve the bottleneck problems of insufficient voltage gain and efficiency limitations in DC/DC converters under high-voltage application scenarios,a DC/DC converter with a novel composite topology based on the coupled-inductor voltage-doubling technology is proposed in this paper.Under this scheme,the advantages of Boost and Sepic circuit structures are integrated,a coupled-inductor voltage-doubling unit and a passive clamping network are intro-duced,and a current-input architecture is built.Moreover,this scheme can achieve leakage inductance energy reco-very and zero-current switching of all the switching devices while ensuring continuous input current.The working princi-ple for the converter is analyzed in detail,and its performance parameters and critical conditions in continuous conduc-tion mode are given.Results show that the novel topology has advantages of high voltage gain and low voltage stress.In addition,a 200 W prototype was built to verify the high-efficiency operating characteristics of the converter,which also effectively proves the accuracy of the theoretical analysis.
