Research on Multi-dimensional Synergistic Strategies for the Commercial Architectural Design
随着电商行业的蓬勃发展,消费者行为模式发生结构性变迁,对线下传统实体商业的运营模式提出了严峻挑战.本研究结合上海宜家荟聚购物中心项目实践,从商业定位、交通动线、消防设计及运营体系四个维度,深入剖析市场定位的动态调整、交通动线的效率提升、消防规范与商业体验的共生策略及后期运营的数据生态构建.项目实践表明,建立前述四大维度的协同耦合,实体商业项目能够有效塑造其差异化竞争优势,实现可持续经营.
With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,consumer behavior patterns have undergone structural changes,posing severe challenges to the operational models of the traditional offline physical commerce.Based on the practice of Shanghai LIVAT Shopping Center project,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the dynamic adjustment of market positioning,the efficiency improvement of traffic flow,symbiotic strategies for fire prevention safety regulations and commercial experience,as well as the construction of a data ecosystem for post operation from four dimensions:commercial positioning,traffic flow,fire prevention design,and operational system.The project practice demonstrates that establishing synergistic coupling among these four dimensions enables physical commercial projects to effectively shape their differentiated competitive advantages and achieve sustainable operation.
