当前社会,清洁能源正逐渐取代传统能源成为社会主流能源,受全球气温变化问题影响,节能减排成为当前社会热点讨论话题.为了进一步推动节能减排工作的进展,可以借助碳减排技术集成方案.基于此,文章以碳减排技术集成方案为切入点,制定低碳化规划与设计方法,充分发挥其价值.采用案例研究法,以实际工程为研究对象,针对工程规划、设计、建造阶段低碳减排措施进行详细论述,旨在培养公众低碳意识,推动低碳生活方式普及.

In today's society,clean energy is gradually replacing the traditional energy to become the mainstream energy.Affected by the issue of global temperature change,energy conservation and emission reduction have become the hot topics of discussion in the current society.To further promote the progress of energy conservation and emission reduction efforts,the integrated solutions for carbon emission and reduction technology can be utilized.Based on this,this paper takes the integrated plan for carbon emission and reduction technology as the entry point to formulate low-carbon planning and design methods and to give full play to their value.By adopting the case study method and taking the actual projects as the research object,a detailed discussion is carried out on the low-carbon emission and reduction measures in the planning,design and construction stages of the project,aiming to cultivate the public's low-carbon awareness and to promote the popularization of low-carbon lifestyles.
