为研究不同光谱环境对月季(Rosa chinensis)光合特性、生长指标及切花品质的影响,以月季品种"卡罗拉"为试材,采用红、蓝、绿、黄及无色透明(CK)棚膜覆盖处理,结合方差分析、Pearson相关性及主成分分析,综合评价不同棚膜的调控效应.结果表明:不同颜色棚膜对月季的光合特性、生长表现和切花品质存在显著影响.蓝色棚膜覆盖显著提高了月季的净光合速率及气孔导度,并促进了月季株高、茎粗、叶面积以及切花花径和花枝长度的增长;相比之下,红色棚膜也表现出较好的效果,尤其在茎粗和花径上;绿色和黄色棚膜对月季生长及切花品质的促进作用较弱.主成分分析显示,蓝色棚膜的综合得分最高,表明其在促进光合作用、植株生长及切花品质方面具有最优效果.因此,蓝色棚膜显著提升月季的光合生长和切花品质,是用于温室月季种植中光质调控的最佳选择,而绿色和黄色棚膜则不适合用于优化月季生长和切花品质.

To investigate the effects of different spectral environments on the photosynthetic characteristics,growth indicators,and cut flower quality of Rosa chinensis,the R.chinensis cultivar"Carola"was used as the test material.Treatments with red,blue,green,yellow,and colorless transparent(CK)greenhouse plastic film mulching were adopted,combined with analysis of variance(ANOVA),Pearson correlation analysis,and principal component analysis(PCA)to comprehensive-ly evaluate the regulatory effects of different greenhouse plastic films.The results showed that different colored greenhouse plastic films had significant impacts on the photosynthetic characteristics,growth performance,and cut flower quality of R.chinensis.Blue greenhouse plastic film mulching significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conduct-ance of R.chinensis,and promoted the growth of plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,as well as cut flower diameter and flower branch length.In contrast,red greenhouse plastic film also exhibited good effects,especially in terms of stem diam-eter and flower diameter.Green and yellow greenhouse plastic films had weak promoting effects on R.chinensis growth and cut flower quality.Principal component analysis revealed that blue greenhouse plastic film achieved the highest comprehen-sive score,indicating it had the optimal effect in promoting photosynthesis,plant growth,and cut flower quality.There-fore,blue greenhouse plastic film significantly improves the photosynthetic growth and cut flower quality of R.chinensis,making it the best choice for light quality regulation in greenhouse R.chinensis cultivation,while green and yellow green-house plastic films are not suitable for optimizing R.chinensis growth and cut flower quality.
