塔克拉玛干沙漠边缘环境恶劣,防风固沙林建设亟需科学配置抗逆性强的植物.以该区域 29 种典型固沙植物为对象,测定其叶片水势、叶片水分饱和亏缺、超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)活性等 10 项生理指标,通过主成分分析筛选关键抗逆指标,并采用隶属函数法综合评价不同生活型植物的抗逆性.结果表明:叶片水势、叶片水分饱和亏缺、超氧化物歧化酶活性是评价植物逆境适应性的关键指标.乔木中,胡杨(Populus euphratica)、灰胡杨(Populus pruinosa)、大果沙枣(Elaeagnus moorcroftii)、文冠果(Xanthoceras sorbifolium)抗逆性最强,隶属函数均值为0.52~0.60;灌木以梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)、盐穗木(Halostachys caspica)、沙拐枣(Calligonum mongolicum)、大果白刺(Nitraria roborowskii)、四翅滨藜(Atriplex canescens)抗逆性最好,隶属函数均值为 0.51~0.60;草本以芦苇(Phragmites australis)、驼蹄瓣(Zygophyllum fabago)、巨菌草(Pennisetum giganteum)的抗逆性最佳,隶属函数均值为0.67~0.76.

The environment at the edge of the Taklamakan Desert is harsh,and the construction of windbreak and sand-fixing forests is in urgent need of scientific allocation of plants with strong stress resistance.Taking 29 typical sand-fixing plant species in this region as research objects,10 physiological indices including leaf water potential,leaf water saturation defi-cit,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity were determined.Key stress-resistant indices were screened via principal component analysis,and the membership function method was adopted to comprehensively evaluate the stress resistance of plants with different life forms.The results showed that leaf water potential,leaf water saturation deficit,and superoxide dismutase activity were the key indices for evaluating plant adaptability to adverse environments.Among arbor species,Populus euphratica,Populus pruinosa,Elaeagnus moorcroftii,and Xanthoceras sorbifolium exhibited the strongest stress re-sistance,with the mean membership function values ranging from 0.52 to 0.60.Among shrub species,Haloxylon ammoden-dron,Halostachys caspica,Calligonum mongolicum,Nitraria roborowskii,and Atriplex canescens had the optimal stress re-sistance,with the mean membership function values between 0.51 and 0.60.Among herbaceous species,Phragmites aust-ralis,Zygophyllum fabago,and Pennisetum giganteum showed the best stress resistance,with the mean membership func-tion values of 0.67-0.76.
