不同种源红松种实及营养成分变异与优良种源选择OA
Variation and Superior Provenance Selection of Seeds,Cone and Nutritional Components of pinus koraiensis from Different Provenances
红松(Pinus koraiensis)是我国东北地区重要的经济树种,对其种实和营养性状的遗传改良可显著提升相关产业效益.以采自辽宁、吉林和黑龙江 3 省的 11 个 16 年生红松种源为材料,通过对种实性状(如球果质量、千粒质量等)与营养成分(如油脂、氨基酸等)的地理变异规律进行分析,进而筛选优良种源.研究结果表明:在不同种源之间,红松各性状均存在极显著差异(P<0.01).红松种源各性状表型变异系数均值和遗传力均值分别为 15.18%和 0.82,表明其具有较高的变异水平和较大的遗传力潜力.相关分析显示,蛋白质、粗纤维和亚油酸质量分数与经度呈显著或极显著负相关,多糖质量分数与 7 月均温和日照时间呈显著正相关,多数主要性状呈现出由西北向东南逐渐增加的趋势.通过主成分分析法、平均隶属函数法和布雷金多性状综合评价法,筛选出 1 号种源(辽宁省本溪县)为优良种源,其在千粒质量、油脂质量分数、必需氨基酸质量分数等关键性状上的平均现实增益为 22.12%,平均遗传增益为 19.52%.研究结果证实了红松种源改良的可行性,所选优良种源可作为红松种子园及果用林营建的核心种质.
Pinus koraiensis is an important economic tree species in Northeast China.Genetic improvement of its seed cone traits and nutritional characteristics can significantly enhance the benefits of related industries.Eleven 16-year-old P.koraiensis provenances collected from three provinces(Liaoning,Jilin,and Heilongjiang)were used as materials.The geographical variation patterns of seed cone traits(e.g.,cone mass,1000-seed mass)and nutritional components(e.g.,oil,amino acids)were analyzed to screen superior provenances.The results showed that all traits of P.koraiensis exhibited extremely significant differences among different provenances(P<0.01).The average phenotypic coefficient of variation and average heritability of all traits were 15.18%and 0.82,respectively,indicating high variation level and great heritability potential.Correlation analysis revealed that the mass fractions of protein,crude fiber,and linoleic acid were significantly or extreme-ly significantly negatively correlated with longitude.The mass fraction of polysaccharides was significantly positively correla-ted with July average temperature and sunshine duration.Most key traits showed a gradual increasing trend from northwest to southeast.Through principal component analysis,average membership function method,and Breeding's multi-trait com-prehensive evaluation method,Provenance No.1(Benxi County,Liaoning Province)was selected as the superior prove-nance.The average actual gain and average genetic gain of its key traits(e.g.,1000-seed mass,oil mass fraction,essen-tial amino acid mass fraction)were 22.12%and 19.52%,respectively.The results confirm the feasibility of provenance improvement of P.koraiensis,and the selected superior provenance can be used as the core germplasm for the construction of P.koraiensis seed orchards and fruit-bearing forests.
