老年住院患者衰弱与慢性疾病及血脂水平的相关性研究OA

Objective To analyze the relationship between the frailty in elderly inpatients with chronic diseases and blood lipid levels.Methods The inpatients aged≥60 years old in this hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the frailty group(n=243)and frailty pro-phase group(n=212)according to the frailty condition.The elderly inpatients without frailty during the same period served as the control group(n=97).The general data investigation,FRAIL scale and chronic disease questionnaire were adopted to collect the data.The univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The sex,age,total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cho-lesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein A(apoA),apoB,hyperten-sion,c oronary heart disease,renal insufficiency,heart failure,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,respira-tory failure and dementia had statistical differences among 3 groups(P<0.05).The multivariate logistic re-gression analysis indicated that the old age,respiratory failure and dementia were the independent risk factors for frailty(P<0.05),while apoA(P3)was the independent protective factor(P=0.022).Only age was the influencing factor of frailty prophase(P<0.05).Conclusion Frailty in elderly inpatients is affected by the age,respiratory failure,dementia and blood lipid levels.These factors could serve as the monitoring indicators for assessing the disease condition.
