关于定制加固电源的数字化检验方法探讨OA
Exploration of digital inspection methods for customized rugged power supplies
为解决定制加固电源因型号多、接口复杂所导致的检验效率低、准确性问题,本文提出并实现了一套手工检验与数字化检验工装相结合的数字化军检方案.该方案的核心是设计两类专用工装:其一为以MCU为控制核心的固定式检测设备,集成RS422、CAN等多种通信接口与触摸屏人机界面,具备参数测量、协议解析与使能控制功能;其二为面向中大型电源箱的便携式测试工装,采用Type-C接口供电,并设计了可配置的对外辅助供电接口,提升了现场应用的适应性.应用结果表明,该方案能够有效模拟真实应用环境,通过高精度数据采集与自动化交互控制,显著提高了检验数据的准确性与校验效率,为定制加固电源的质量监督提供了高效智能的解决方案,有力推动了军检工作的专业化与系统化发展.
To address the issues of low inspection efficiency and accuracy caused by the wide variety of models and complex interfaces of customized rugged power supplies,this paper proposes and implements a digital military inspection solution that integrates manual inspection with digital tooling.The core of the methodology involves the design of two types of specialized tooling:The first is a fixed detection device centered around an MCU,which integrates multiple communication interfaces such as RS422 and CAN,along with a touch-screen HMI,enabling parameter measurement,protocol parsing,and enable control;the second is a portable testing tool designed for medium and large power boxes,powered via a Type-C interface and featuring a configurable external auxiliary power supply interface to enhance field adaptability.Application results demonstrate that this solution effectively simulates real application environments.Through high-precision data acquisition and automated interactive control,it significantly ensures inspection data accuracy and improves verification efficiency,providing an efficient and intelligent solution for quality supervision of customized rugged power supplies,thereby strongly advancing the professional and systematic development of military inspection work.
