围绕船舶电气装备产品序列化设计难度高、设计标准化程度低、设计到制造的数据一致性差、多品种小批量产品生产流程复杂和生产效率低下等需求和痛点,通过基于MBD的数字化设计工艺制造技术研究及应用,构建数字化设计工艺制造一体化协同平台,提高产品的研制能力和装备的设计制造水平,提升自主可控能力,助力船舶装备的转型升级.

Focusing on the needs and pain points in the serialized design of shipboard electrical equipment-such as high design complexity,low standardization,poor data consistency from design to manufacturing,complex production processes for low-volume,high-variety products,and low production efficiency,this paper establishes an integrated digital design-manufacturing collaborative platform through the research and application of Model-Based Definition(MBD)digital design and manufacturing technologies,This platform seeks to enhance product development capabilities,improve the level of design and manufacturing for equipment,strengthen self-reliance and controllability,and support the transformation and upgrading of marine equipment.
