不间断电源(UPS)系统是海上油气平台连续稳定运行的生命线.监测UPS系统每一块蓄电池的可靠性至关重要.本文提出并详细阐述了一种分布式UPS电池监测系统架构,该分布式系统将传感器直接部署在每一块位于危险区的电池单体上.通过技术和实际应用场景分析,本文揭示了该分布式架构相较于传统集中式系统在维护维修方面的显著优势,可以有效减少停机时间、提升维护效率并简化维护流程,为危险区的UPS电池管理提供了更安全、更高效的解决方案.
The uninterruptible power supply(UPS)system is the lifeline for the continuous and stable operation of offshore oil and gas platforms.It is crucial to monitor the reliability of each battery in the UPS system.A distributed UPS battery monitoring system architecture is proposed in this paper,which deploys sensors directly on each battery cell located in hazardous areas.Through technical and practical application scenario analyses,the significant advantages of the distributed architecture over traditional centralized systems is revealed in terms of maintenance and repair.It can effectively reduce the downtime,improve maintenance efficiency,and simplify maintenance processes,providing a safer and more efficient solution for UPS battery management in hazardous areas.
