船舶的绿色化是船舶未来重要的发展方向,电动船是内河水域最具有典型代表意义的绿色船舶类型.文章概述了纯电动船舶发展背景,介绍了绿色船舶国内外发展现状.基于电动船安全性技术出发,从电动船系统上的源-网-荷三个层次针对高安全性锂电池系统设计技术、高安全性氢燃料电池技术、高安全性系统保护技术、高安全性负荷供电连续性技术、智能化运维监测及培训技术等关键技术提出了相应的解决方法和思路,优化电动船的安全性设计,为船舶行业的绿色化发展提供助力.

The greening of ships is an important direction for future development of ships,and electric ships are the most representative green ship types in inland waters.This paper outlines the background of pure electric ships and introduces the current development status of green ships at home and abroad.Based on safety technology of electric ships,the paper proposes corresponding solutions and ideas for key technologies such as the design technology of high-safety lithium battery system,the design technology of high-safety hydrogen fuel cell,the design technology of the high-safety system protection,the design technology of the high-safety load power supply,intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring and training technology,the article discuses from three levels of source-network-load on the electric ship system,which optimizes the safety design of electric boats and provides assistance for green development of the ship industry.
