上海植物园土壤碳分布特征及其影响因素研究OA

Study on the Distribution Characteristics of Soil Carbon and Influencing Factors in Shanghai Botanical Garden

[目的]探讨上海植物园不同区域土壤碳含量的分布特征及其影响因素.[方法]通过野外样品采集和实验室分析,测定土壤总碳(TC)、土壤总有机碳(TOC)、总氮(TN)及其他理化性质,并结合温室气体(CO2、CH4)排放速率,分析其变化规律及主控因素.[结果]植物园区土壤TOC含量低于上海林地,但高于滨海湿地,温室气体排放通量低于天然湿地及稻田等;荷花区和沉水栈桥区的TOC含量低于河流区和大树区;土壤TC和TOC受有效磷(AP)、TN、pH的影响,其中AP对TC、TOC含量有显著正向作用,而pH则表现出显著的负向作用;土壤CO2 排放受AP和pH影响显著,磷肥的施加有助于土壤碳积累,减少CH4 排放,但可能增加CO2 排放,而硝态氮的施加可降低pH,提高土壤碳储量,同时促进CO2、CH4 释放.[结论]研究结果可为植物园土壤碳管理及温室气体减排提供科学依据.

[Objective]This study investigates the spatial distribution characteristics of soil carbon content and its influencing factors in differ-ent areas of Shanghai Botanical Garden.[Method]Through field sampling and laboratory analysis,total carbon(TC),total organic carbon(TOC),total nitrogen(TN),and other physicochemical properties of the soil were measured.Combined with measurements of greenhouse gas(CO2 and CH4)emission rates,the variation patterns and controlling factors were analyzed.[Result]The TOC content in the botanical garden soils is lower than that of forest land in Shanghai but higher than that of coastal wetlands,and the greenhouse gas emissions are lower than those from natural wetlands and paddy fields;the TOC content in the lotus pond area and submerged walkway area is significantly lower than that in the riverbank area and large tree area;soil TC and TOC are influenced by available phosphorus(AP),TN,and pH,with AP having a signifi-cant positive effect on soil carbon content,while pH shows a significant negative effect;soil CO2 emissions are significantly affected by AP and pH.The application of phosphate fertilizers contributes to soil carbon accumulation and reduces CH4 emissions but may increase CO2 emis-sions.In contrast,nitrate nitrogen application can lower pH,enhance soil carbon storage,and simultaneously promote CO2 and CH4 release.[Conclusion]The results of this study provide a scientific basis for soil carbon management and greenhouse gas mitigation in botanical gardens.
