朱砂根及其近缘种资源调查和品质评价OA
Investigation on the resources and quality evaluation of the ardisia crenata sims and its closely related species
目的 对贵州地区朱砂根及其近缘种资源分布和品质进行研究,为其可持续开发利用奠定基础.方法 本研究经文献查阅和电话咨询确定调研地点和路线,运用参与式观察法、关键人物访谈等方法进行实地调研,并收集样本.参照《中国药典》测定样本农艺性状指标,采用HPLC测定样本岩白菜素含量,并利用主成分分析法筛选优良种质资源.结果 调研区域覆盖5个市、2个自治州,共21个镇,地形以山地为主,坡向均为阴坡,资源蕴藏量少.共收集24份资源样品(16份朱砂根,5份红凉伞,3份百两金).在农艺性状方面,仅叶柄长和叶背面颜色有显著差异(P<0.05),其余性状均无明显差异.24份资源样本的岩白菜素含量低,其中朱砂根仅有43.75%根、50%茎、31.25%叶达到药典标准,而红凉伞有100%根、100%茎、20%叶达标,百两金达标率为0.主成分分析中综合排名前三分别是贵州省黔东南州榕江县的红凉伞,贵州省毕节市金沙县的朱砂根,以及贵州省黔东南州榕江县的朱砂根.结论 野生朱砂根及其近缘种资源蕴藏量少,且岩白菜素含量符合药典标准的比例低,意味着同步提高产量与岩白菜素含量迫在眉睫,而红凉伞在主成分分析中排名第一为其作为朱砂根基原的可能性提供有力的证据.
Objective To study the distribution and quality of the resources of A.crenata Sims and its closely re-lated species,and to lay the foundation for its sustainable development and utilisation.Methods This study was conducted after literature review and telephone consultation to determine the research locations and routes,using participant observation method,key person interviews and other methods to conduct the field research and collect samples.The agronomic trait indexes of the samples were determined with reference to the Chinese Pharmacopoe-ia,and the content of the samples of bergenin was determined by HPLC,and the principal component analysis method was used to screen the good germplasm resources.Results The research area covers 21 towns in 5 prefec-ture-level citis and 2 autonomous prefectures,with a predominantly mountainous terrain,all with shady slopes and low resource reserves.A total of 24 resource samples were collected(16 A.crenata Sims,5 A.crenata var.bicolor,and 3 A.crispa(Thunb.)A.DC.).For agronomic traits,only petiole length and abaxial leaf colour were significantly different(P<0.05),while the rest of the traits were not significantly different.24 resource samples had low levels of bergenin,with only 43.75%of the roots,50%of the stems,and 31.25%of the leav-es of A.crenata Sims meeting the pharmacopoeia standards,while 100%of the roots,100%of the stems,and 20%of the leaves of A.crenata var.bicolor met the standards,and the percentage of A.crispa(Thunb.)A.DC.meeting the standards was zero.The top three composite rankings in the principal component analysis were A.crenata var.bicolor from Rongjiang County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,A.crenata Sims from Jinsha County,Bijie City,Guizhou Province,and A.Sims from Rongjiang County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province.Conclusion The small amount of wild A.crenata Sims resources and its closely related spe-cies,and the low proportion of bergenin content that meets pharmacopoeia standards mean that a simultaneous in-crease in A.crenata Sims production and bergenin content is imminent,and the first place ranking of A.crenata var.bicolor in the principal component analysis provides strong evidence for its potential as a A.crenata Sims basalogen.
