胃癌是全球范围内严重威胁人类生命健康的重大公共卫生问题,根除幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染是开展胃癌一级预防的关键手段.2025年4月,世界卫生组织国际癌症研究机构发布了新版胃癌工作组报告,系统提出了基于人群的H.pylori筛查与治疗策略,全面阐述了从需求与准备情况评估、检测与治疗方案选择、抗生素耐药管理,到质量保障体系构建、健康公平性促进和成本效益优化等核心实施要素,旨在为全球胃癌预防实践提供科学指导.本文对该报告进行了全面梳理与深度解读,并结合我国胃癌防控现状,探讨其对制定与实施符合我国国情、更具成本效益的本土化人群H.pylori筛查与治疗策略的借鉴意义.
Gastric cancer remains a significant public health challenge globally,posing a severe threat to human health.Eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection is the key to the primary prevention of gastric cancer.In April 2025,the World Health Organization-International Agency for Research on Cancer(WHO-IARC)released the new version of the Gastric Cancer Working Group Report.The report system-atically details essential components for the implementation of population-based H.pylori screen-and-treat strategies,including an assessment of needs and readiness,selection of detection methods and treatment regimens,antibiotic stewardship,improvement of quality and equity,and optimization of cost-effectiveness,aiming to provide scientific guidance for global gastric cancer prevention efforts.This article presents a comprehensive review and in-depth analysis of the WHO-IARC report.This article explores the report's implications for developing and implementing cost-effective,localized,population-based H.pylori screen-and-treat strategies in the context of gastric cancer prevention and control in China.
