集群培养是职业教育领域高技能人才培养模式的创新探索.推进高技能人才集群培养既是对国家战略人才力量的结构性补强,也是对现代化产业体系建设的核心赋能,更是新质生产力形成的核心驱动,对深化职业教育改革与产教融合起着示范引领作用.高技能人才集群培养是一项涉及多元主体、覆盖多环节的系统工程,其有序、高效的推进离不开从宏观制度设计到微观资源整合,从机制流程创新到技术手段革新的全方位、多层次的核心支撑体系.高技能人才集群培养由试点到形成经验,并不断扩大其实施范围,必须以核心支撑体系为基础,从强化顶层设计、深化校企协同、优化培养体系、夯实保障举措入手,构建目标明确、流程顺畅、可操作性强的推进路径.

Cluster cultivation is an innovative exploration of high-skilled talent cultivation models in the field of vocational education.Promoting the cluster cultivation of high-skilled talents is not only a structural supplement to the national strategic talent force,but also a core empowerment for the construction of a modern industrial system,and even a core driver for the formation of new-quality productive forces.It plays a demonstration and leading role in deepening vocational education reform and the integration of industry and education.The cluster cultivation of high-skilled talents is a systematic project involving multiple subjects and covering multiple links.Its orderly and efficient advancement is inseparable from a comprehensive and multi-level core support system,ranging from macro system design to micro resource integration,and from mechanism and process innovation to technical means innovation.For the cluster cultivation of high-skilled talents to move from pilot projects to experience accumulation and continuously expand its scope of implementation,it must be based on the core support system,strengthen top-level design,deepen school-enterprise collaboration,optimize the training system,consolidate guarantee measures,and build a promotion path with clear goals,smooth processes and strong operability.
