组合调理剂对酸化稻田土壤的降酸培肥潜力及机制OA
Potential and mechanism of combined conditioners for deacidification and fertility improvement in acidified paddy soil
为探究不同土壤调理剂及其组合对酸化稻田土壤的改良效果,采用完全随机区组田间试验,系统评估不同土壤调理剂(土沃宝、好易耕、丰收延、生物炭、有机肥)及其组合施用对酸化稻田土壤降酸培肥的潜力及机制.结果表明:单一调理剂对土壤pH值、酸碱缓冲容量、有机质、碱解氮和有效磷的提升效果不显著.除生物炭+有机肥处理外,2种调理剂组合施用表现出较优的降酸效果,其中生物炭+土沃宝、生物炭+丰收延和有机肥+丰收延分别使土壤交换性酸总量较对照(不施调理剂)降低51.28%、47.86%和46.15%;在提升土壤肥力方面,生物炭+好易耕处理效果较好,使土壤有机质、有效磷和速效钾含量较对照分别提升6.50%、45.01%和37.39%.3种调理剂组合施用在降低土壤酸度和提高土壤肥力方面均表现良好,其中生物炭+有机肥+土沃宝组合效果最佳:土壤pH值提高0.72个单位,交换性盐基离子总量增加90.00%,交换态铝含量降低81.94%,土壤酸碱缓冲容量提高36.81%,土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别提高23.87%、38.96%和50.14%.综上所述,生物炭、有机肥、土沃宝三者配施是实现酸化稻田土壤降酸培肥的最佳组合,具备较好的推广应用价值.
To investigate the effects of single and combined applications of soil conditioners on the remediation of acidified paddy soil,a completely randomized block field experiment was conducted to evaluate the potential and mechanism of different soil conditioners(Tuwobao,Haoyigeng,Fengshouyan,biochar,organic fertilizer)and their combinations on the deacidification and fertility improvement of acidified paddy soil.The results showed that the application of a single conditioner did not significantly improve the soil pH value,pH buffer capacity,contents of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen or available phosphorus.Except for the treatment with biochar and organic fertilizer,the combined application of two conditioners showed better deacidification effects:treatments with biochar+Tuwobao,biochar+Fengshouyan,and organic fertilizer+Fengshouyan reduced the total soil exchangeable acidity by 51.28%,47.86%,and 46.15%,respectively,compared with the control(without conditioners).In terms of improving soil fertility,the combined treatment of biochar+Haoyigeng had a relatively good effect,increasing soil organic matter,available phosphorus and available potassium contents by 6.50%,45.01%and 37.39%,respectively,compared with the control.The three conditioner combinations performed well in reducing soil acidity and improving soil fertility.Among them,the combination of biochar+organic fertilizer+Tuwobao was the most effective:it increased the soil pH value by 0.72 units,raised the total exchangeable base cations by 90.00%,reduced the exchangeable aluminum content by 81.94%,enhanced the soil pH buffer capacity by 36.81%,and increased the contents of soil alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium by 23.87%,38.96%and 50.14%,respectively.In conclusion,the combined application of biochar,organic fertilizer,and Tuwobao represents the optimal strategy for achieving deacidification and fertility improvement in acidified paddy soil,demonstrating significant potential for practical application and promotion.
