肠道微生物-肠-脑轴是肠道微生物群、肠道及中枢神经系统三者所构建的双向通信信号轴.该信号轴具有高度的复杂性,深度参与并调控多个生理过程,在维持机体健康方面具有重要的作用.诸多研究均已证实,肠道微生物能够凭借神经传导、内分泌调节、免疫应答及代谢作用等多种途径,与大脑建立起密切的信息交互连接,实现双向信号传递.当肠道微生物-肠-脑轴功能失衡和发生紊乱时,可能引发消化系统、神经系统及代谢系统等多种疾病.鉴于此,肠道微生物-肠-脑轴作为极具潜力的机体健康调控靶点,已成为当前生命科学领域的研究热点.本文聚焦于肠道微生物-肠-脑轴,系统梳理并总结其在健康调控方面的前沿研究动态与阶段性成果,旨在为相关疾病的预防与治疗提供新的突破路径与创新视角.

The gut microbiota-gut-brain axis is a bidirectional communication pathway established between the gut microbiota,the gut,and the central nervous system.This highly complex signaling axis is deeply involved in the regulation of multiple physiological processes and plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health.Numerous studies have confirmed that the gut microbiota can establish close information exchange connections with the brain through multiple pathways,including neural conduction,endocrine regulation,immune responses,and metabolic actions,thereby achieving bidirectional signal transmission.Dysfunction or disruption of the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis may lead to various disorders of the digestive,nervous,and metabolic systems.Given this,the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis,as a highly promising target for regulating overall health,has become a research hotspot in the life sciences.This article focuses on the gut microbiota-gut-brain axis,systematically summarizes frontier research developments and phased achievements in health regulation,aiming to explore new breakthrough paths and innovative thinking for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
