芦竹化学组分结构分析及其制浆工艺研究OA
Analysis of the Chemical Composition Structure of Arundo donax and Research on Its Pulping Process
本研究主要对芦竹纤维形态、化学组分及硫酸盐蒸煮工艺进行分析.首先对芦竹原料的形态及不同部位的化学组分进行分析比较,其次通过正交实验对芦竹硫酸盐法蒸煮工艺进行优化.结果表明,芦竹纤维的平均长度1.050 mm,平均宽度23.0 µm,长宽比45.65,是禾本科植物中较好的造纸原料;硫酸盐法蒸煮最佳工艺条件:最高蒸煮温度155℃、用碱量18%(以Na2O计),硫化度18%,此时细浆得率为40.91%,有效碱量10.20 g/L,卡伯值10.38.蒸煮后芦竹浆的纤维平均长度0.908 mm,平均宽度18.8 µm,长宽比48.30.
This paper mainly analyzed the fiber morphology,chemical composition,and sulfate cooking process of Arundo donax.Firstly,the morphology of the raw materials of Arundo donax and the chemical composition of different parts were analyzed and com-pared.Secondly,the sulfate cooking process of Arundo donax was optimized through orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the average length of Arundo donax fiber was 1.050 mm,the average width was 23 µm,and the aspect ratio was 45.65.It was a better raw material for papermaking among Gramineous plants.The optimal cooking process conditions for the sulfate method were as follows,the maximum cooking temperature was 155℃,the alkali content was 18%(as Na2O),and the sulfidation degree was 18%.At this time,the yield of fine slurry was 40.91%,the effective alkali content was 10.20 g/L,and the Kappa value was 10.38.The aver-age length of the fibers of Arundo donax pulp was 0.908 mm,the average width was 18.8 µm,and the length-width ratio was 48.30.
