2000-2024年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压文献的知识图谱可视化分析OA

Objective:To investigate the research status and cutting-edge hotspots in the field of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with pulmonary hypertension and provide ideas for future research directions.Methods:Computerized searches were performed in China National Knowledge Infra-structure(CNKI)and Web of Science databases to include research literatures on COPD complicated with pulmo-nary hypertension published from January 1,2000 to December 31,2024.Statistics on the number of publications and ranking of journals were plotted.VOSviewer 1.6.20 software was used to conduct co-occurrence analysis of authors and keywords of the included literatures,and CiteSpace 6.3.R1 Advanced software was employed to draw institutional time-zone maps,perform keyword clustering,generate timeline views and conduct burst detection anal-ysis.Results:A total of 1 902 literatures were retrieved,with 1 472 Chinese literatures and 262 English litera-tures finally included.The number of literatures showed an overall upward trend over time.The author with the highest number of Chinese publications was Duan Bing,while the author with the highest number of English publi-cations was Blanco Isabel.The institution with the highest number of Chinese publications was Ningxia Medical University,and the institution with the highest number of English publications was Assistance Publique Hopitaux Paris.The research content mainly focused on clinical research,basic research and animal experiments of COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension.The top 4 keywords with the highest co-occurrence frequency were pulmonary disease,pulmonary function,hypertension and pulmonary-type.Conclusion:In recent years,relevant research on COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension has made certain progress,but there is a lack of high-quality research and multicenter cooperation.
